Are you having trouble sending emails?

If you are having trouble accessing your email account Ascend 7 recommend updating your email settings to enhance your security features.

We recommend you changing your setting to the following:

Incoming emails

  • Incomingserver: mail.worldsecureemail.com
  • Inbound Server Type: IMAP (993) POP (995)
  • User Name: username@mydomain.com
  • Connection Security: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication Method: Normal Password

Outgoing emails

  • Outbound Server: mail.worldsecuremail.com
  • Outbound Serve Type: SMTPS (465)
  • User Name: username@mydomain.com
  • Connection Security: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication Method: Normal Password

To access your webmail mailbox you will also need to use http://mail.worldsecureemail.com
