Rox Dawson
Chief Executive Officer
Rox has been helping organisations streamline processes and utilise online technologies for more than 25 years. He has a formal background in Information Technology with a BSc from UWA and is a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the professional association for Australia's ICT sector.
Through a broad range of roles in organisations big and small, and long term experience consulting both in Australia and overseas, Rox understands ensuring that organisations need solutions that effectively utilise people, process and technology to achieve organisation strategic goals.
Carolyn Combes
Digital Marketing Manager
Carolyn is our words-person who specialises in creating quality content, researching topics, developing marketing campaigns, and looking into web analytics and search engine optimisation reports. She particularly enjoys proofreading and editing existing content.
Carolyn has been a marketing communications specialist for nearly 30 years and has worked with Rox Dawson in a number of businesses for nearly half of that!
Hayden Wade
Digital Analyst & Project Manager
Hayden has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and economics, and has recently completed a Master of Business Information and Logistics Management (with distinction) at UWA. He brings to our team his skills in business analytics, consulting and interfacing with clients, problem solving, and business process analysis and reengineering.
Louise Waddell
Web Developer & Digital Designer
Louise has a Diploma of Graphic Design. She brings to our team her skills in web design, graphic design, social media management, print and marketing collateral, and business process charting. Louise has a varied background as both a freelance graphic designer and an executive administrator. She has held responsibilities for web management, photography, marketing collateral, and Product Information Management (PIM), and gained experience in time management, customer relations, managing accreditations, document control, and stakeholder management.
Cameron Keohane
Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist
Cameron has a Bachelor of Graphic Design and Visual Communications, He has a wide range of expertise in branding, layout, web design, typesetting, illustration and animations. He has an extensive background in customer service and management, and has innovative problem solving skills and a strong customer-centric viewpoint.
Anna Sharp
Account Manager
Anna has a Bachelor of Communications and Media from UWA. She brings to our team her skillset in marketing, communications and ethics. Her focus at Ascend 7 is to build strong relationships with our clients and work with our team on projects.
